Introduction to the Oral History Recording Agreement:

Recordings of oral histories are important to preserve the nation’s memory. We will graceful for agreeing to be recorded by Grace Notes Scotland, and while we are committed to preserving the interview, we recognise the importance of national collections. We will be asking in this form your permission to deposit copies in The School of Scottish Studies (the University of Edinburgh), the Perth and Kinross Archive at the A.K. Bell Library, and (for ex-service personnel) the relevant War Museum (e.g. the Imperial War Museum, London, the Black Watch Museum, Perth). In these archives, the interviews will be preserved as a permanent public resource for use in education, research, publication, lectures, broadcasting and the Internet. You are freed to restrict access, please delete and initial items from the above archive options to indicate your preferences.

The Board of Directors of GNS will invite audience and participant feed-back on all events and take immediate action on any breach of the Equal Opportunities policy. The policy will be reviewed at the GNS Annual General Meetings.
